Sarah Chesnut, MSW

Sarah Chestnut is the National Director of Business Development Strategies at Benchmark Human Services, a provider of supports for more than 20,000 children and adults across 20 states, specializing in serving complex populations. In this role, she helps identify and implement opportunities for business growth, works to expand Benchmark’s market presence, and cultivates strategic partnerships.  

With over a decade of experience in the LTSS field, Sarah is passionate about increasing access to high-quality care for underserved populations. Before joining Benchmark, she served as Director of Public Policy and Technical Assistance at INARF (Indiana’s trade association representing IDD provider organizations), where she provided technical guidance for more than 70 provider organizations and advanced statewide public policy advocacy efforts. She has also worked at Stone Belt Arc, Inc., a nonprofit supporting individuals with IDD in southern Indiana.
