Rachel Chinetti has dedicated nearly 20 years to the Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) industry, where she has advanced initiatives to enhance both the quality of care and the quality of life for individuals supported through LTSS programs.

As the leader of the national LTSS and Foster Care Center of Excellence at Elevance Health, Rachel oversees growth, implementation, and performance across fifteen states where Elevance partners to deliver Long-Term Services and Supports and Foster Care programs. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to ensuring that individuals and families receive compassionate, effective, and person-centered care.
