Mark Hilliker is the Vice President of Market Development for iCare, a Humana, Inc. subsidiary in Wisconsin. He is a lifelong resident of Wisconsin and has worked as a leader in Wisconsin’s long term care industry since 2008, with more than fifteen years of experience in healthcare leadership and management.  Prior to joining iCare/Humana in 2023, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Inclusa, a contracted MCO providing support to over 17,000 members within Wisconsin’s Family Care program.
