Nishamarie S. Mills is the Deputy Director of the Federal Coordinated Health Care Office (FCHCO) at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Prior to her position in FCHCO, Nisha served as the Director of the Division of Appeals Policy (DAP) for the Medicare Enrollment and Appeals Group (MEAG) since 2017, and as the Director of the Division of Policy Analysis and Planning (DPAP) for the Medicare Drug and Health Plan Contract Administration Group (MCAG) from 2015 to 2017. Nisha has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland, Francis King Carey School of Law.
