Kris Kubnick is a Sr. Director, LTSS Center of Excellence with Elevance Health and has almost two decades of progressive leadership experience in the Medicaid/MLTSS industry spanning all aspects of clinical programs and operations, with over a decade being at an executive level.  He has held direct leadership capacities related to: Care/Service Coordination, Duals strategy, Innovative Provider Network Development, Value-Based Payment Models, Community Resource Development, Quality Management, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, Program Eligibility Systems, Self-Direction and Advocacy.   He holds a Sociology degree, a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration on Health Care Agencies and is Certified in the state of Wisconsin as a Social Worker.
