Kirsten serves as Deputy Administrator over Nevada Medicaid’s Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) services, Home and Community Based Services Quality Assurance and Community Supports at four District Offices statewide.  Kirsten has worked for the State of Nevada for over 20 years in a variety of roles within Medicaid, Aging and Disability Services Division and the Division of Child and Family Services.  She also served as Policy Analyst for the Assembly Committee on Health and Human Services of the Nevada Legislative Counsel Bureau.  Kirsten holds a Master’s Degree in Gerontology and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
