Jesse is responsible for leading the planning and administration of ODM's Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) program, which includes policy oversight of Medicaid nursing facility, home-and community-based services, and interagency programs. Jesse collaborates with partner state agencies, a myriad of stakeholders, and providers to develop or refine program policies and initiatives. Prior to accepting this role at ODM, Jesse worked at the Indiana Division of Aging where he was the deputy director for five years. Jesse completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University Bloomington and went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
