Dustin Hardison

Dustin Hardison is Senior Director of Business Development at CareSource, where he leads market strategy, partnership development, and expansion efforts across multiple states. With over 20 years of experience in public policy, nonprofit leadership, and managed care, Dustin has worked in the Kansas Legislature and the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services, advancing access and outcomes for complex and underserved populations. At CareSource for the past four and a half years, he collaborates with state agencies, community organizations, and executive leadership to drive innovative solutions in Medicaid, behavioral health, MLTSS and social determinants of health.
