Ann Mary Ferrie serves as the VP of Strategy & Policy at VNS Health. VNS Health is one of the largest and oldest not-for-profit home and community based organizations, offering a range of services like home care, hospice, behavioral health, and health plans. In her role, she leads corporate strategic planning, business transformation, and advances the organization’s strategic and policy interests to drive growth opportunities. She previously served as the Director of Government Affairs & Public Policy at VNS Health. 

 

Ann Mary previously served as a program officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS). In this role, she drove and supported initiatives related to managed long-term services and support (MLTSS) and integrating care for individuals dually enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid. Her prior experience includes with the National Academy of Social Insurance and the Division of Aging at the State of New Jersey. She has a master's in public health and a certificate in health policy analysis from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health and a bachelor's degree in biology and sociology from The College of New Jersey.
