Julie Fine

Julie Fine, MSW, LICSW spent the last 25 years in combined management, managed care, and direct clinical service positions.   Julie was initially hired at CCA as the Vice President of Behavioral Health, overseeing both Community Behavioral Health and Community Health Worker teams.  During her tenure at CCA, she expanded her position and is currently the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and Implementation, where she is focused on impacting clinical innovation and strategic planning to ensure the best healthcare experience for CCA members.   

 

Prior to her role at CCA, she worked for 6 years at Beacon Health Options in several roles.  She was responsible for managing the clinical strategy for multiple clinical products, as well as building and maintaining Beacon’s Centers of Excellence in Autism, Peer Recovery and Wellness, and Opioid Use Disorders. Her other responsibilities included the strategic and operational development of the clinical team, including all aspects of utilization management and case management. 

 
She served as the Site Director of a large mental health and substance use outpatient clinic where she ensured the fiscal and clinical integrity of the site.  In previous managed care roles, Julie was responsible for the oversight of statewide children’s services and managed the regional provider network.  She also spent many years working directly with children and families in Boston.  Julie is an adjunct professor at The Salem State University School of Social Work.  She received her Master of Social Work from The University of Maryland at Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.  She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.   

 
In her free time she loves cooking, reading, going to the beach, and being with her family.
