Mary Kaschak is CEO of the National MLTSS Health Plan Association (MLTSS Association. The MLTSS Association is the leading organization in Washington, DC promoting Medicaid managed long-term services and supports (MLTSS) and integrated care. She also serves as CEO of the MLTSS Association’s affiliated organization, Long-Term Quality Alliance (LTQA) in Washington, DC. LTQA is a community of organizations aimed at improving outcomes and quality of life for people with long-term services and supports (LTSS) needs. LTQA advances person- and family-centered, integrated LTSS through research, education, and advocacy. 

 

She joined LTQA and the MLTSS Association in 2018 with more than ten years of experience in aging and health policy, most recently as Deputy Director of the Aging and Disability Business Institute at the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging (n4a).
