Before joining IntellectAbility as Director of Public Relations in 2022, Lorene Reagan, MS, RN, served as Bureau Chief for Developmental Disabilities services and as Senior Medicaid Policy Administrator with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services. As Manager of Care Management for a Boston-based Medicaid managed care plan, Ms. Reagan co-managed care management teams in two states and led the successful readiness review and implementation of the care management program for WellSense Health Plan in New Hampshire. Later, as a Principal with Mercer Government, Ms. Reagan led External Quality Review (EQR) initiatives designed to evaluate the effectiveness of managed care services for pregnant people, children and adults with complex health conditions, and people with IDD. Ms. Reagan is currently a Strategic Consultant with IntellectAbility.
