With over 30 years of experience assisting Iowans in receiving quality Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), Bryan is an industry expert and national thought leader. He is known for developing innovative, person-centered approaches to delivering Long-Term Services and Supports through HCBS.

Bryan has a clinical background as a registered nurse (RN). Prior to being named CEO of Iowa Total Care (ITC), Bryan served as Senior Vice President of LTSS and Population Health, providing strategic leadership for ITC’s LTSS team.  Under his guidance, the team delivered high-value, quality case management, along with member and provider support.  Bryan currently leads ITC’s clinical Population Health teams partnering with members to identify barriers and improve health outcomes. His team implements solutions that enhance access to services - physical and behavioral health, medical equipment and supplies, food and housing, and other healthcare and social determinants of health (SDOH) needs. Bryan’s collaborative approach has led to the implementation of innovative ideas and unique contract agreements that have significantly improved access to care.
