Donna Baker-Miller
Donna Baker-Miller joined MCG in June 2016 as the Vice President Government Markets. In her role, Ms. Baker-Miller leverages her considerable experience and knowledge, to form new partnerships with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Defense, Veteran Affairs, state Medicaid agencies, and other government health organizations, building care management strategies that promote interoperability between providers and payers to decrease operational burden and high-quality care for all Americans. Ms. Baker-Miller also leads MCG’s policy work on Capitol Hill and sets on the Hearst Health Government Council. She has more than 30 years of experience innovating in managed care. Prior to joining MCG Health, Ms. Baker-Miller served as Vice President of Business Development for Houston-based HealthHelp, an industry leader in educational and collaborative care management. Before HealthHelp, she held executive-level positions at Strategic Health Partners, a consultancy firm which she founded. In addition, throughout the 90’s and early 2000’s Ms. Baker-Miller performance is best demonstrated by the results she delivered in helping health care organizations in the areas of network development, proposal writing and business development. Her efforts have resulted in significant revenue growth for her clients through successful relationship-based sales to her health plan relationships as well as government programs development.
