Abby Gadbois
Abby Gadbois is an Associate Policy Director for Complex Care at UnitedHealthcare. In that role, she serves as a national subject matter expert on long-term care and dual eligibility policy and advocacy, supporting health plan leaders and policymakers to better understand and address the unique challenges faced by populations with complex care needs.
Throughout her career, Abby has sought to advance community integration and inclusion of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and individuals with behavioral health conditions. As a Senior Policy Analyst at Healthsperien she led the Coalition to End Social Isolation and Loneliness Policy and Advocacy team, supported the National MLTSS Association, and led the firm's state policy research projects. She also served the state of Maryland for several years in various positions across Medicaid, the Developmental Disabilities Administration, and Behavioral Health Administration. Abby holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
