Ben Bledsoe

As President and CEO of the Consumer Direct Care Network, Ben provides a unique perspective to the personal care industry given his career path from caregiver to CEO. For more than 20 years working at Consumer Direct, Ben has honed his experience through caregiving, customer service, compliance, and back-office operations to establish himself as an innovative leader in personal care. Established in Montana in 1990, Consumer Direct is an industry leader in self-directed in-home care. The company provides financial management services for more than 91,000 participants and 112,000 caregivers in 14 states. Under Ben’s leadership, Consumer Direct is a company known for its ability to scale service provision while continuing to provide excellent customer service to participants, their caregivers, and the company’s state and MCO partners. Consumer Direct remains committed to providing care and support for people in their homes and communities.
