Kris Kubnick is a Sr. Director, LTSS Center of Excellence with Elevance Health and has seventeen years of progressive leadership experience in the Medicaid/MLTSS industry spanning all aspects of clinical programs and operations, with ten of those years being at an executive level.  He has held direct leadership capacities related to: Care Coordination, Innovative Provider Network Development, Value-Based Payment Models, Community Resource Development, Quality Management, Behavioral/Mental Health Support, Program Eligibility Systems, Self-Direction and Advocacy.   He holds a Sociology degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration on Health Care Agencies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and is Certified in the state of Wisconsin as a Social Worker.
