Laura Chaise
Laura Chaise founded Impact 120 in 2022, to provide strategy
consulting support for states, health plans, providers, and
mission-driven organizations that promote health and quality of life.
Prior to Impact 120, Laura was Vice President of LTSS and
Medicare-Medicaid Plans at Centene, leading product strategy and
innovation for Centene's managed care programs for older adults and
individuals with disabilities across 15 states. During her time at
Centene, Laura served on the National MLTSS Health Plan
Association’s Board, ADvancing States’ MLTSS Institute Advisory
Council, and the Medicaid Core Set Workgroup.
Prior to Centene, Laura was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. She began her career as a Program Officer at the Claims Conference, overseeing grants to community-based
organizations that provide services for aging Holocaust survivors. She received a BA in Psychology from Yale University and an MBA and Certificate in Health Sector Management from
Duke University.
